Issues in Project Quality Management

In this course, participants will explore the quality concepts put forth by Deming, Juran, Crosby and others and how they can be applied in the context of projects. Participants will examine different applications of quality principles to that apply to the product of the project, and those that apply to the project management process itself.

The course discusses the processes defined in the Project Management Institute’s Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), 4th Edition, 2008.
